For age verification purposes we use GBG ID3Global and we will ask for your name, address and date of birth; if initial checks fail we will also ask for Driver’s Licence or Passport numbers. We share your name and delivery address with Royal Mail and Global Freight Solutions(depending on which delivery service is opted for) when you place an order. We also share your email address and telephone number (if supplied) with Global Freight Solutions so that you can be supplied with tracking information regarding your order.<\/p>\n

For order processing we use PeopleVox. This system utilises your name, email address, delivery address and billing address.<\/p>\n

For the purposes of help and support we utilise services from Freshdesk and Intercom. Your name and email address will be used as part of these systems.<\/p>\n
